Bernie’s nomination recognises nearly two decades of dedication to building one of the North West’s most trusted providers of residential, nursing and dementia care.
For over 19 years, Bernie has led We Care Group with a simple but powerful vision: creating care homes where people are treated with dignity, compassion and respect. Today, alongside more than 1,800 dedicated colleagues across We Care Group and Summit Care Group, he continues to champion outstanding person-centred care that helps residents live with choice, independence and a true sense of belonging.
